For her work in saving the Bahia property in Novato, Barbara Salzman, a founder and co-chair of Marin Baylands Advocates, was awarded the prestigious 2004 National Wetlands Award, co-sponsored by the Environmental Law Institute and the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency.
